Right of withdrawal
1. General rule
In distance contracts, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under EU consumer law and Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.
2. Exception for digital content
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost.
At checkout you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledge that by opening the download link you lose the right of withdrawal. That acknowledgement is recorded with the order.
3. If you have not downloaded the product yet
If you bought but have not opened the download link, the right of withdrawal remains fully available for 14 days. Send your decision to support@gymzoneapp.com and we will refund the full amount within 14 days at the latest.
4. Independent commercial guarantee
Regardless of the statutory regime above, we voluntarily grant a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, described in the refund policy.
