1. Talk to us first
Most situations are resolved by email. Write to support@gymzoneapp.com describing the problem and the address used at checkout. We reply on business days.
2. Alternative dispute resolution bodies
As the seller is established in Portugal, consumers may refer disputes to:
- CNIACC — the Portuguese National Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration Centre (cniacc.pt).
- Leiria District Consumer Arbitration Centre, territorially competent for the seller's address.
- Portuguese electronic Complaints Book, at livroreclamacoes.pt.
Consumers resident in other EU Member States may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies of their own country.
3. EU online dispute resolution platform
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Complaints should be addressed to the bodies listed above.
4. Courts
Without prejudice to the above, you keep the right to go to court, and consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.
