Delivery policy

1. Digital-only product

Everything we sell is digital. There is no physical shipping, courier, dispatch time or shipping cost.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is immediate. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment you are redirected to a page with the download link and receive the same link by email, normally in under five minutes.

3. File format

Plans are delivered as a compressed (.zip) file containing PDF documents and links to the exercise videos. You need a PDF reader, and an internet connection for the videos.

4. If the email does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders. If it is still missing, email support@gymzoneapp.com from the address used at checkout and we will resend access.

5. How long access lasts

Access to the file you bought has no time limit. Even so, we recommend saving a copy to your own device right after purchase.

6. Geographic scope

We sell to any country where Stripe accepts the payment. As the product is digital there are no delivery restrictions, customs duties or import taxes.
